Washington, DC – January 24, 2011 – DGC International today announced that it has named Ketan Fichadia, chief financial officer of its business.

His experience will have a direct impact on our ability to drive performance for our stakeholders, including clients, shareholders, employees and the communities we work and live in.”
Mr. Fichadia most recently served as a consultant for Fortune 500 companies including BearingPoint, Pitney Bowes, and XM Satellite Radio. He has provided internal auditing and financial oversight for government contractors, effectively reducing their bottom line and improving performance.
Mr. Fichadia will report directly to DGC International’s President Mustafa Zamani. As DGC International’s CFO, he is responsible for reporting on the financial performance of the company – including all overseas units. Mr. Fichadia will lead a team of global finance employees in financial planning and analysis, accounting, estimating, contracts and pricing, procurement financial analysis, integrated scheduling, rate forecasting, earned value management compliance, and productivity improvement.
Mr. Fichadia holds a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
