Fueling the Mission in Mississippi

Into-plane refueling services to the Naval Air Station Meridian are part of DGC International’s North American presence.

The work at the Naval Air Station Meridian expands DGC International’s presence in North America in fuel logistics and plane refueling operations. Our refueling support services at commercial and military airfields are on a 24/7/365 basis.

The NAS Meridian, located near Mississippi’s eastern border with Alabama, is home to one of the Navy’s two jet strike pilot training facilities. The base is home to nearly 100 T-45C Goshawk training aircraft and more than 300 military and support personnel.

As part of the refueling contract, DGC International furnishes, manages, maintains and operates mobile fuel serving equipment and stations to directly fuel the aircraft used for training. We provide ground support equipment to facilities using fuel serving trucks and personnel to operate automated service stations. We handle the surveilling, sampling, and examination of products to ensure they adhere to the highest commercial and safety standards. This support ensures that Navy personnel always have the proper fuel in their aircraft and that training missions can occur as scheduled.
