MCLEAN VA, Nov. 19, 2020 – DGCI is pleased to announce that the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) awarded United Defense International (UDi) a 5-year, multi-award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to assist DLA in meeting its goals and objectives for the Logistics Modernization Integration Support (LMIS) Program.
The program will involve industrial automation and enterprise computer systems upgrades. UDi is one of only two awardees with each receiving a potential five-year, $265M contract. UDi is well positioned to assist DLA as it seeks to increase production efficiency, reduce operating costs, simplify processes, and improve overall return on investment.
“We are proud to receive the contract award for this important program and grateful for the opportunity to work at the forefront of DLA’s strategic modernization goals,” says Ian Galloway, VP of Partnerships at DGC International.
