Wounded Warrior Project
Honoring Our Heroes

We are committed to helping injured veterans achieve their highest ambitions by doing all we can to prepare them for the moment when they are ready start their next mission in life, to whatever the destination they seek.

DGC International’s Vice President of Business Development, Ayman Bekdash, provides financial support to the Wounded Warrior Project, a charity and veterans service organization that offers a variety of programs, services, and events for newly injured veterans of the military actions following September 11, 2001. DGC International lends financial support to the Wounded Warrior Project to provide more comprehensive programs and services to newly injured veterans, which better chances of success in a critical area of transition.

To financially support the WWP is to support more than 20 programs and services to injured service members and their families, in addition to providing numerous valuable resources. Offerings offer support in the following sections: Get Connected, Mental Wellness, Physical Wellness, Career & VA Benefits counseling, and the Independence Program. They include health and fitness coaching; combat stress recovery retreats; a mental health network; career counseling, job search assistance, and VA benefits counseling. The Independence Program is designed to help veterans who are suffering from moderate-to-severe brain injury, spinal cord injury, or neurological conditions to take positive steps toward independent living.

The WWP insists veterans never pay a penny for programs, they paid their dues through their service to the U.S. The WWP alumni-only gatherings include sporting events, educational sessions, and social opportunities that give individuals a chance to connect with other injured service members.
